Forget (Poem)

Isa ito sa collection ko ng poem. Gusto kong ibahagi at inaasahan kong makatulong sa lahat.

Forget

Forget the faults of other folks-
They got 'em, so have you.
Remembering them does you no good;
We know that this is true.

If they are bad, be on your guard;
Avoid them do not hate;
Do not poison mind and heart
For anybody's sake.

If enemies you think they are,
Just give them lots of space;
It is better plan by far
And shows a better grace.

Forget there's any gossip;
'Tis a hideous thing;
No matter how it's brought to you,
Don't let it leave a sting.

Your gloomy moods try to forget;
Chase all of them away;
There's lots of joy and pleasure yet
And many a gladsome day.

Forget all bad-just let it die
And never resurrect it.
"I'll look for good"-make that you cry;
You'll find it-don't forget it.
