Sept 7, 21 declared non-working holidays

President Gloria-Macapagal Arroyo declared September 7 and 21 as non-working holidays throughout the country.

Malacañang declared September 7 as a national day of mourning for Iglesia ni Cristo Executive Minister Eraño “Ka Erdy” Manalo whereas, September 21 was declared to commemorate Eid Al Fitr or the end of Ramadan.
